Book a class or select a plan
If you already know when you want to train, head to our schedule to choose a class. You’ll be asked to pick a plan and pay. Or, start with a plan and book a class later.

Set up your member profile
Keep an eye out on your emails once you have booked and paid for your plan. We’ll ask you to fill out a few more key member details, then you can download our app.

Boxing classes for all levels typically involve a full warm-up, skills and technique, and partner drills. These classes develop your technique, fitness and boxing IQ (while also being awesome).

Strength and Conditioning for Boxing
Training specifically developed for boxing. Improve the power of your punches, or build lasting strength in your core to become faster and more powerful in the ring.

Competitive Programme
An advanced class format for people who are interested in competition-level boxing and training. Training includes technique, ring strategy, conditioning, and sparring in preparation for competition.

Beginner
Learn stance, footwork, punches, and defense in a structured, supportive environment. Small class sizes ensure personal attention, so you start with good habits from day one. Develop skills by holding pads, building technique, and understanding the fundamentals of movement.

Intermediate
Regular skill assessments help you advance at the right pace, ensuring you’re ready for light-contact work. Build on your basics with advanced footwork, defensive strategies, and combination drills. Strength, endurance, and mobility training designed to enhance your performance in the ring.

Expert
Sparring, power testing, and endurance tracking to sharpen your fight game. We use real metrics from the power cube and battery test to fine-tune your training. Learn high-level fight strategy, opponent analysis, and ring control from experienced coaches.
